My rotary clothes dryer is not stuck in the ground socket and can rotate freely. Is this normal?

Yes, definitely. Only so can the rotary clothes dryer rotate freely and can be easily be hung with clothes without having to move.

Can I install myself a new line in my rotary clothes dryer?

Yes, that is possible. Please contact our Customer Service.

I need a specific spare part. Can I get it from you?

My rotary clothes dryer does not open properly. What can I do?

Make sure that all arms of the rotary clothes dryer are no longer locked into the brackets. To open your rotary clothes dryer, please pull horizontally on the draw rope. Please keep in mind that the rotary clothes dryer can best open if the ground socket is inserted in such a way that the rotary clothes dryer stands in completely vertical position and is not inclined.

Can I have my rotary clothes dryer repaired by you?

Yes! We offer a complete service including pick-up at your home. Please contact our Customer Service.

What colours do your benches have exactly?

White: RAL 9016, green: RAL 6005, blue: RAL 5011, brown: RAL 8019

Can the seat slats of the benches be individually replaced/bought?

Yes, that is possible. Each individual seat slat is separately bolted. And we have every item in stock because we produce in Germany. Please contact our Customer Service.

Can your benches also be permanently fixed to the ground?

Yes. All models have a device for ground fixation except the benches of the Linderhof and Hohenzollern series. A suitable ground screw set can be ordered safely and conveniently in our BLOME online shop.

I cannot insert the screw-in ground socket into the ground. The soil is too hard. What can I do?

Try to loosen /soften the soil a little by half inserting in the ground socket and then filling with water. Wait at least until the water has seeped from the ground socket holes into the ground and softened the ground. Now screw in the ground socket completely.
